SIS

Salon Intelligence System

Understand your salon. Improve how it works. Enable better performance.

EASE brings financial, operational, people and business information together to identify what needs attention — and help turn findings into practical improvement.

The business challenge

What May Be Holding Your Salon Back?

Profitability not keeping pace with revenue?
Too much depending on the owner?
Clients not returning as expected?
Staff performance or accountability unclear?
Stock, wastage or costs difficult to control?
Processes inconsistent or too dependent on individuals?

Strong operations are the engine behind a strong salon. SIS helps identify what is happening, what may be behind it, and what should be addressed first.

Three EASE services for salons
DIAGNOSE

Salon Business Health Check

Understand the salon's financial, operational, customer, people and business performance, identify gaps and prioritise what needs attention.

IMPROVE

Salon Process & Procedural Improvement

Review priority salon processes, controls, responsibilities and SOPs, and strengthen how the business operates.

ENABLE

Odoo & Digital Enablement

Where appropriate, EASE uses Odoo to strengthen salon processes, automate workflows and improve management information.

SIS Diagnostic levels

Start small, or go deeper.

SIS follows the two EASE diagnostic levels. Level 1 is the first stage of Level 2, so a salon can start with a Perspective Review and continue without repeating anything.

LEVEL 1 | SIS

Perspective Review

Owner and staff questionnaires, plus an analysis of public reviews of the salon as a workplace, of its team and of its service. We compare what you, your team and the public say, and report where you agree and differ.

LEVEL 2 | SIS

Full Diagnostic

Level 1, plus a review of your SOPs and policies, two years of financial statements and a visit to the salon. Each point is cross-checked against the evidence, and you receive a full report with findings, causes, recommendations and an action plan.

Important: SIS Diagnostic is a diagnostic service. Execution of improvements, development of SOPs, internal control procedures, process implementation and technology implementation are separate EASE services unless separately agreed.
How SIS works

From what is happening to what to do next.

Steps 1 to 5 make up Level 1. Level 2 adds steps 6 to 10. The SIS questions are guided by published business and management research and adapted to the salon.
